The service

BrightLatency is provided on a subscription basis. Free plans are provided as is and may change. Paid plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to monitor or load-test systems you are not authorised to test, or to send unsolicited traffic. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim. Service credits under an SLA are the sole remedy for downtime.
