Getting started

Add BrightLatency to a site or app in a few minutes.

Quick start

  1. Create a project. Each project gets a public key. Use one project per site or app.
  2. Add the snippet or SDK. Paste the script tag before </head>, or add the iOS or Android SDK from your package manager.
  3. Check the live view. Requests appear within a minute, grouped by country, network and device.
  4. Set up alerts. Pick a percentile and a threshold, and where the alert should go.

API

Everything in the dashboard is available over a REST API at https://brightlatency.link/api/v1. Requests are authenticated with a personal token from your account settings and rate-limited to 600 requests per minute.

Support

Questions that are not answered here go to the in-app chat during business hours (CET). Paid plans include email support with a one-business-day response time.
